What happens if my order doesn't arrive by Christmas?

We do our best to meet delivery timelines, but during the festive season:

  • Orders placed before the cutoff dates (9 Dec for furniture, 16 Dec for everything else) should arrive by Christmas

  • Orders placed after these dates are not guaranteed for Christmas delivery

  • You can track your order status in your Bash profile

  • If there are any delays, we'll keep you updated via SMS or email

If you need items urgently, we recommend checking in-store stock availability and collecting from your nearest TFG store.
