We do our best to meet delivery timelines, but during the festive season:
Orders placed before the cutoff dates (9 Dec for furniture, 16 Dec for everything else) should arrive by Christmas
Orders placed after these dates are not guaranteed for Christmas delivery
You can track your order status in your Bash profile
If there are any delays, we'll keep you updated via SMS or email
If you need items urgently, we recommend checking in-store stock availability and collecting from your nearest TFG store.
