Normal process:
Order confirmation SMS/ email after payment
SMS/ email when your order is handed over to couriers
SMS/ email when your order is on the way
Delivery within 3-5 working days (main centre) or up to 7 working days (regional)
If you haven't heard from us:
Check your Bash profile under "Orders" for the latest status
Ensure updates are being sent to the correct email and cellphone number
Keep our delivery timelines in mind - especially during busy periods
