You have two options when returning goods for a refund:
1. You can return goods back to a store, where we'll give you an immediate refund or exchange.
For your Payflex (BNPL) refund in-store, you'll receive the full refund amount in cash. In this scenario, the refund does not affect your Payflex account and you will still be liable for the balance of payments on your Payflex account.
2. You can return goods by by courier. In this scenario, we'll need to inspect your items first. Once they're approved, we'll process your refund within 7 working days.
Refunds initiated through this process will adjust your Payflex account. Based on your payment cycle, the refund will either reduce your remaining payments or it will top-up your Payflex wallet. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to reflect back in your Payflex account.
Any item that is cancelled by Bash will be refunded directly to your Payflex account, and it follows the process of option 2 above.
