My order says Ready for Collection, but I can't find the email

If your order is marked Ready for Collection but you cannot find the email:

• check your junk and spam folders;
• check for the latest SMS sent for the order; and
• make sure you are checking the contact details linked to your Bash profile.

If you still cannot find the six-digit Collection Code, contact Bash Support with your order number so we can investigate. Please do not travel to the store without the Collection Code.
