The code isn't being recognised - Double-check that the code has been entered exactly as it appears, with no spaces or extra characters. If it still isn't being found, the code may no longer be active.
The voucher has expired - Vouchers have an expiry date. Once that date has passed, the voucher can't be used. Check the communication you received to confirm the validity dates.
You've already used it- Some vouchers can only be used once. If you've redeemed it on a previous order, it won't be available to use again.
The voucher isn't linked to your account - Some vouchers are tied to a specific profile. Make sure you're logged in with the correct account — if the voucher was issued to a different email address, you'll need to sign in with that one instead.
The items in your cart aren't eligible - Some vouchers don't apply to sale items, specific brands, or certain product categories. The discount will only apply to eligible items in your cart.
You're not logged in- Vouchers linked to your profile only show up when you're signed in. If you're browsing as a guest, they won't appear.
