Why can't I find my voucher in my wallet?

There are a few reasons a voucher might not be showing up:

  • It's been more than 60 days since it expired or was used. Expired and redeemed vouchers stay visible in your wallet for 60 days before they're removed. If it's been longer than that, it won't show up anymore.

  • It's a code you need to enter manually. Not all vouchers live in your wallet. If you have a code to type in, head to your cart at checkout — you'll find a field there to add it.

  • You're not logged in. Your vouchers are linked to your profile, so make sure you're signed in with the right account.

If none of the above applies and you think your voucher should be there, contact us and we'll help you sort it out.
