Terms and Conditions for the “First 1000 Shoppers” Bash campaign

This campaign is organised by Foschini Retail Group (Pty) Ltd (registration number 1988/007302/07) (“TFG”).

This campaign starts on Tuesday, 25 August 2026 and ends on Tuesday, 25 August 2026.

This campaign is open to all South African TFG Money account customers who received a campaign SMS from TFG (“TFG Money Account Customers”).

The first 1000 (one thousand) TFG Money Account Customers who, during the campaign period, link their TFG Money account card to their Bash profile, redeem the R200-off-R850 discount voucher available in their Bash Wallet, and thereafter make their first purchase on Bash via www.bash.com or the Bash mobile application using their TFG Money account card, will each receive a R500 (five hundred rand) Checkers voucher (“Qualifying Customers”).

Qualifying Customers will receive the Checkers voucher via SMS to the cellphone number recorded on TFG’s systems for that Qualifying Customer.

By accepting and redeeming the Checkers voucher, Qualifying Customers agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Checkers voucher, which are as follows:

1. Vouchers can be redeemed in Shoprite, Checkers and Usave stores (Usave Mobile stores are excluded);

2. Take the 16-digit voucher code received to the till;

3. Vouchers codes are unique and can only be redeemed once;

4. The full voucher value can be loaded onto a gift card to be used multiple times until funds are depleted, or the voucher can be redeemed on goods in store for the full value of the voucher;

5. Each voucher code is worth R500;

6. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced or refunded;

7. TFG and/or Checkers reserve the right to cancel a voucher should TFG and/or Checkers suspect any fraudulent activity has occurred;

8. Vouchers issued expire on the 12 December 2026;

9. For voucher-specific queries, please ask staff in Shoprite, Checkers and Usave stores.

The Checkers vouchers are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or vouchers issued by TFG stores, or be used as payment towards a TFG Money account.

Qualifying Customers will not be entitled to payment, credit or otherwise if they do not use the Checkers vouchers and any unclaimed Checkers vouchers will be deemed waived by the respective Qualifying Customer.

TFG may vary, postpone, suspend or cancel the campaign, any aspect of the campaign and anything related thereto including withdrawing unused Checkers vouchers issued in terms of the campaign, without notice at any time and for any reason whatsoever that TFG deems reasonable at the time. Should TFG cancel the campaign, no notice of cancellation shall be required. In such event, all Qualifying Customers waive any rights and acknowledge that they shall have no claim, of any nature whatsoever against TFG, its directors, agents or employees as a result of the cancellation.

By participating in this campaign or by using their Checkers voucher, Qualifying Customers indemnify TFG against any damage or losses of any nature whatsoever that they may suffer arising from such participation and the use of the Checkers voucher, including consequential damages and economic loss.

Qualifying Customers will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this campaign or using their Checkers voucher. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will result in the Qualifying Customer being disqualified from the campaign and forfeiting any entitlement to the Checkers voucher.
