Bash – TFG Connect Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of TFG Connect prepaid airtime and data vouchers (“Vouchers”) through the Bash website and mobile application (“Bash”).

By purchasing a TFG Connect Voucher on Bash, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as the official TFG Connect Terms & Conditions - https://tfgconnect.co.za/terms.

2. About TFG Connect

TFG Connect is a mobile virtual network service operated by TFG Services.

TFG Connect airtime and data services are provided separately from Bash and are subject to the applicable TFG Connect terms.

Bash acts solely as a digital sales and distribution channel for TFG Connect Vouchers.

3. Voucher Description

TFG Connect Vouchers are prepaid digital vouchers that can be used to purchase airtime or data on a valid TFG Connect SIM card.

Vouchers are delivered digitally after successful payment.

Vouchers have a fixed monetary value and may not be exchanged for cash.

4. How to Redeem a TFG Connect Voucher

TFG Connect Vouchers can be redeemed using one of the methods provided by TFG Connect, including:

• USSD (e.g. *135#)
  
  

• The TFG Connect website
  
  

• Any other redemption method communicated by TFG Connect.

Redemption instructions may be provided at the time of purchase or via TFG Connect’s official channels.

5. Eligibility & Requirements

• A valid South African mobile number is required.
  
  

• The voucher can only be redeemed on an active TFG Connect SIM.
  
  

• Bash is not responsible for SIM activation, network coverage, or service availability.

6. Pricing & Payment

• Voucher prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
  
  

• Accepted payment methods are those supported by Bash at checkout.
  
  

• Once payment is confirmed, vouchers are issued immediately.
  
  

7. Refunds & Cancellations

• Vouchers are non-refundable once purchased and issued.
  
  

• Bash is unable to reverse or replace vouchers once delivered, except where required by law.
  
  

• Any service-related issues after redemption must be directed to TFG Connect customer support.

8. Service Availability & Liability

• Bash does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of TFG Connect services.
  
  

• Bash is not responsible for network outages, failed redemptions due to incorrect usage, or service limitations imposed by TFG Connect.
  
  

• TFG Connect is responsible for the provision and quality of the airtime and data services.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

• Bash processes personal data in accordance with the Bash Privacy Policy.
  
  

• Any data shared with TFG Connect is processed in accordance with the TFG Connect Privacy Policy.
  
  

• Bash does not store or manage mobile network usage data.

• Use of TFG Connect services is subject to the official TFG Connect Terms & Conditions, available on the TFG Connect website.
