Terms and Conditions for the “Shop.Swipe.Unlock” TFG Rewards campaign

This promotional campaign is organised by Foschini Retail Group (Pty) Ltd, trading as TFG Rewards and Bash (registration number 1988/007302/07) (“TFG”).

This campaign starts on Friday, 25 September 2026 and ends on Saturday, 24 October 2026 (both days included).

No director or employee of TFG may participate in this campaign. 

This campaign is open to all South African TFG Money account holders and TFG Rewards members who, at the time of making a purchase as contemplated in clause 5 below, have not made a purchase on Bash via the Bash app, bash.com and/or a Bash store (“Qualifying Customers”).

All Qualifying Customers who, during the period of the campaign, make a purchase in a TFG store (excluding JD Sports, Coricraft, Dial-a-Bed and Mojo Beds) using their TFG Rewards card or TFG Money account card (“Qualifying Purchase”), will receive a Bash online voucher based on the value of their in-store purchase, as follows:

1. Qualifying Purchase of R400 or less: R150 off a purchase of R500;

2. Qualifying Purchase between R401 and R700 (both amounts included): R250 off a purchase of R850;

3. Qualifying Purchase between R701 and R1 000 (both amounts included): R450 off a purchase of R1 600;

4. Qualifying Purchase between R1 001 and R1 500 (both amounts included): R1 000 off a purchase of R3 000;

5. Qualifying Purchase of more than R1 500: R1 500 off a purchase of 
   R5 000.

Qualifying Customers who make a Qualifying Purchase will be notified by SMS, sent to the contact details held by TFG for their TFG Rewards profile, that their Bash online voucher is available in their Bash Wallet.

To access and redeem the Bash online voucher, Qualifying Customers who have made a Qualifying Purchase must log into or create a Bash profile on bash.com, the Bash app or at a Bash store and link the same TFG Rewards card or TFG Money account card used to make the Qualifying Purchase to their Bash profile. The Bash online voucher will then be made available in the Qualifying Customer’s Bash Wallet.

The Bash online voucher may only be used once and may only be redeemed against the Qualifying Customer’s first order made on Bash on bash.com, the Bash app or at a Bash store. 

Multiple Bash online vouchers may be issued to a Qualifying Customer for multiple Qualifying Purchases made during the campaign period and may appear in the Qualifying Customer’s Bash Wallet. Only one Bash online voucher may be redeemed against the Qualifying Customer’s first Bash order. Once one Bash online voucher has been redeemed, all remaining Bash online vouchers issued to the Qualifying Customer under this campaign will no longer be redeemable.

The Bash online voucher may be redeemed on Bash across participating TFG brands on bash.com, the Bash app or at a Bash store. The Bash online voucher may not be redeemed on third-party brands available on Bash.

The Bash online voucher will specify where and how it may be redeemed.

The Bash online voucher may not be redeemed for the purchase of airtime, cellular or navigational items, gift cards or services.

The Bash online voucher is valid for 60 (sixty) days from the date of issue, after which it will expire and cannot be redeemed. The validity period of the Bash online voucher will not be extended under any circumstances.

If a product purchased using a Bash online voucher is returned, the Bash online voucher will not be refunded, reissued or reinstated.

The Bash online voucher issued to a Qualifying Customer is final and may not be exchanged or substituted for another voucher or reward.

Qualifying Customers will not be entitled to payment, credit or otherwise if they do not use the Bash online voucher and any unused Bash online vouchers will be deemed waived by the respective Qualifying Customer.

TFG may vary, postpone, suspend or cancel the campaign, any aspect of the campaign and anything related thereto including withdrawing unused Bash online vouchers issued in terms of the campaign, without notice at any time and for any reason whatsoever that TFG deems reasonable at the time. Should TFG cancel the campaign, no notice of cancellation shall be required. In such event, all Qualifying Customers waive any rights and acknowledge that they shall have no claim, of any nature whatsoever against TFG, its directors, agents or employees as a result of the cancellation.

By participating in this campaign or by using their Bash online voucher, Qualifying Customers indemnify TFG against any damage or losses of any nature whatsoever that they may suffer arising from such participation and the use of the Bash online voucher, including consequential damages and economic loss.

Qualifying Customers will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this campaign or using their Bash online voucher. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will result in the Qualifying Customer being disqualified from the campaign and forfeiting any entitlement to the Bash online voucher.
