Your voucher won't automatically be returned — you'll need to contact us to get it reissued once your return has been processed.
A few things to keep in mind:
Vouchers are returned to your account, not refunded as cash.
If your voucher has expired by the time you get in touch, we won't be able to reactivate it.
The refund for the items themselves will follow our standard refund process.
