What should I do if my phone is lost or stolen?

If your phone is lost or stolen, act immediately:

  • Contact TFG Money support right away:

  • If you suspect fraud or unauthorised transactions, contact the Fraud Department directly:

  • Change your Bash password as soon as possible.

  • Lock or wipe your phone remotely using your device’s security settings:

    • Apple: Find My iPhone

    • Android: Google Find My Device

Acting quickly can help protect your account and prevent unauthorised activity.
