Yes! You can send someone to collect your parcel on your behalf:
Share the OTP (one-time pin) sent to you via SMS
They'll need to present the OTP at the store to collect
Once collected, you accept full responsibility for the parcel
Important: We are not liable for any loss or damage after the parcel leaves our store or distribution centre, whether collected by you, a representative, or a third-party courier.
