Report fraud or suspicious transactions
If you have noticed a suspicious purchase in-store or online, contact Customer Service or TFG Credit Forensics immediately to block your account and allow for investigation.
TFG Credit Forensics may send you SMS’s or call you from time to time to advise you of suspicious transactions on your account, and to block your card for security purposes. In such an event, contact them immediately to prevent your account from being used fraudulently, or to remove the block to allow you to continue to spend.
