I’m having trouble making payment by credit card, what should I do?

The most likely reason is that your bank has declined the transaction due to 3D Secure. This is an extra layer of security that some banks use to protect their customers from fraud. 


To approve these transactions, you need to be able to access the approval prompt through the banking app on your phone.

Here are a few other common reasons why your payment might have failed:

  • Insufficient funds
  • Incorrect card details
  • Daily limit exceeded
  • Your bank or bank account has disabled your card for online payments
