My Rewards card is lost or stolen, what should I do?

TFG Money Account customers

Request to block your card by: 

* Calling TFG Customer Services on 0860 576 576, or 

* Emailing customerservices@tfg.co.za  


To get a new TFG Money card, take your ID to any of our 20+ TFG stores: @home, @home Livingspace, @home Concept, American Swiss, Sterns, Galaxy, Jet,  Archive, Exact, Fabiani, Foschini, G-Star Raw, hi, Markham, RFO, Relay Jeans, Sportscene, Sterns, The FIX, The Sneaker Factory and Totalsports   


TFG Rewards members  Both physical and digital cards can be replaced at any of our 20+ TFG Stores.
