I deleted a SMS with a voucher code. How can I get it back?

  • WhatsApp us on 0860 834 834, select TFG Rewards, select My vouchers, and enter your SA ID or passport number. Any valid vouchers will be displayed.  
    OR,


  • If you haven’t already, download the Bash App , go to the Bash Wallet icon, and follow the prompts to link your TFG Money account or TFG Rewards card. Select in-store vouchers and any valid vouchers you have will be displayed.


  • If you live outside South Africa, or would prefer to talk to an agent, please call TFG Customer Service on +27 21 938 7096 or 0860 834 834.
