We're currently experiencing technical difficulties that are stopping some Android customers from proceeding with payment on checkoout.


What does this mean for you?

You might not be able to complete orders using an Android device at this time.


When will it be fixed?

We're working hard to fix the problem as quickly as possible, but we don't have an exact time yet.


What can you do now?

You can continue to shop seamlessly on bash.com. If you prefer to shop on app, you can try the following strategies to resolve the issue.

  • Log out and back in again
  • Clear the cache on your device
  • Uninstall and reinstall the app
