Why don’t I receive an OTP when I try to link my TFG account or Rewards card?

The OTP is sent to the email address and phone number that’s been registered with your TFG Account or TFG Rewards profile. 


It can take up to 5 minutes to arrive, so don't panic if you don't see it right away. If you still haven't received the OTP after 5 minutes, you might need to update your contact details. You can do this by contacting the TFG Customer Service Team at 0860 834 834. 


If you only have SMS setup, it could be a device/carrier issue. Please restart your phone and make sure it's not roaming off the network. 


Remember, we only send the OTP to South African numbers.
