I can't get a OTP because my email or mobile number has changed. What now?

If you can’t access the mobile phone or email address that you used to register your Bash profile anymore, you will have to register a new online profile on Bash. You won't be able to reset your password if you can't access the number or email linked to that online profile.

If you need to access the order history on your previous profile, please contact Bash Customer Support. Our agent is going to ask you a few questions that prove that you're the owner of that online profile.
