I can't get an OTP because my email or mobile number has changed. What now?

If you can’t access the phone number or email address that you used to register your Bash profile, you will have to register a new online profile on Bash.

If you need to access the order history on your previous profile, please contact Bash Customer Support. An agent will ask you a few questions to ensure you're the owner of the profile.
