I'm receiving an error when trying to log in to my profile, what should I do?

Here's what you can do if you are not able to get into your account:

Try logging in with your email address and password. If that doesn't work, try your cell phone
number and password.

If you're still locked out, click “Forgot password?” and enter your email address or cell phone
number.

We'll send you an OTP and then you can create a new password. Your new password must
be at least 8 characters long.

Click “Reset password” and you're good to go!
