I don’t have a physical card, where is my CVV?

Your CVV is sent to you via SMS each time you check out using your TFG Money account card on Bash. There is no physical card — your digital card lives in your Bash Wallet. 


The SMS is sent to the phone number associated with your TFG Money account. It can take up to 5 minutes to arrive.

Not receiving it? The most common cause is an outdated phone number — this happens when you've changed your number without updating TFG. Contact the TFG Customer Service Team at 0860 834 834 to check or update your details, then try checking out again.
Your network and location can also cause SMS delays. Check that you have good signal and try again.


Please note that we only send the CVV SMS to South African numbers.
