Bash.com Limited-Time Promotion Terms and Conditions

This promotional offer (“Promotion”) is organised by Foschini Retail Group (Pty) Ltd (registration number 1988/007302/07) (“Bash” and/or “TFG”).

In these rules, “Promoter” means a person who directly or indirectly promotes, sponsors, organises or conducts the Promotion, or for whose benefit the Promotion is promoted, sponsored, organised or conducted, which includes Bash.

1. Promotion Period

This Promotion will run on 11 November 2025 from 19:00 (7pm) to 23:00 (11pm) (“Promotion Period”). No late or backdated discounts will be applied outside this window.

2. Eligibility

This Promotion is open to all Bash.com customers residing in South Africa who are 18 years or older at the time of participation.

No director, member, partner, employee, agent of, or consultant to the Promoter, or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Promoter, their advertising agencies, or their spouses, life partners, parents, children, brothers, sisters, business partners or associates may participate in this Promotion.

3. Promotion Details

During the Promotion Period, customers will receive an extra 11% off eligible products when shopping on Bash.com.

The discount will be applied automatically at checkout to all qualifying items.

4. Exclusions

Promotion Exclusions:

This Promotion expressly excludes products from the following Store Brands, including but not limited to: Hi, sportscene, Archive, Totalsports, Sneaker Factory, Foschini, and TFG Beauty.

This Promotion further excludes all products from the following third-party brands: Gucci and Sol de Janeiro.

The Promotion does not apply to:

Gift cards or vouchers (whether physical or digital);

Delivery or shipping fees; and

Any items that are already subject to a price reduction, discount, or promotional offer, where such further discounting is prohibited by law.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this Promotion, or to exclude any additional products or brands, at its sole discretion, provided that such amendments are made in accordance with applicable South African consumer protection and promotional laws.

5. General Terms

• The Promotion is valid for online purchases only on www.bash.com during the stated period.
  
  

• The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher, coupon, or promotion unless otherwise stated.
  
  

• The Promoter reserves the right to vary, postpone, suspend, or cancel the Promotion, or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time and for any reason deemed reasonable by the Promoter.
  
  

• Should the Promotion be cancelled, all participants waive any rights and acknowledge that they shall have no claim of any nature whatsoever against the Promoter, its directors, agents, or employees as a result of the cancellation.
  
  

6. Limitation of Liability

The Promoter and its affiliates will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury (including but not limited to direct, indirect, or consequential loss) arising from participation in or reliance on the Promotion, or from the use or misuse of the discount.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

By participating in this Promotion, customers consent to the processing of their personal information by the Promoter and its service providers, but only insofar as is necessary to give effect to the Promotion and fulfil customer orders.

8. Governing Law

This Promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

9. Acceptance

Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions will result in disqualification from the Promotion.
