What if my credit documents are not correct?

Please call TFG Financial Services on 0860 834 834 and let them know that you need to update the details on your TFG Money account application.


Once they have updated the application details for you, wait until you receive a new approval SMS from TFG. Then you can restart your account activation using the same application reference code you used previously.
