I lost my physical TFG Money Account card - how do I add a new one to my Bash Wallet?

If your card is lost, please call TFG Customer Services right away on 0860 834 834 to block it.

You can get a replacement card in-store for a small fee — just bring your ID along.


On the Bash App:

  • Go to your Wallet.
  • Tap Edit, then Unlink card to remove your lost one.
  • Once you’ve collected your new card, you can link it again as a new digital card in your Wallet.


On the Bash website:

  • Go to Profile → Wallet → Account information → Update account holder details.
  • Select Unlink card at the bottom to remove the old one.
  • To link your new card, please use the Bash App.
