What is Shop. Swipe. Unlock?
If you're eligible, shop at a participating TFG store and swipe your TFG Rewards or TFG Money account card to unlock a guaranteed online voucher for your first Bash order.
Which TFG brands are excluded?
You won't be able to unlock a voucher when shopping at JD Sports, Coricraft, Dial-a-Bed or Mojo Beds.
Is the voucher a competition?
No. If you're eligible and swipe, your voucher is guaranteed. It is not a chance-to-win mechanic.
How do you unlock your voucher?
Swipe your TFG Rewards or TFG Money account card in-store, download the Bash app, link the same card you swiped, unlock your voucher in your Bash Wallet, then shop and apply it at checkout on your first Bash order.
Where will your voucher appear?
Your voucher will appear in your Bash Wallet after you've downloaded Bash and linked the card you used in-store.
How will you be notified about your voucher?
If you qualify, you'll receive an SMS triggered from the Rewards Orchestration System (ROS).
Can you use your voucher more than once?
No. You can use it on your first Bash order only.
Can you use your reward across TFG brands?
Yes. You can shop at a participating TFG brand in-store and use your reward on Bash across brands, excluding Bash 3rd party brands.
How long is your online voucher valid for?
Your online voucher is valid for 60 days.
