Why was my delivery converted to a collection?

We deliver orders to regional areas using our own courier service, Bash Delivery. 

When your order is delivered through Bash Delivery, we'll try to deliver it three times, 

but if we don't catch you, we'll convert it to a collection. 

We'll send you the collection details via email or SMS, and you'll have 10 days to pick 

it up before it's cancelled.
